Welcome to our new "Jar Return" program! Read below to see how you can send them jars back to us and earn store credit! Wowza! 

 

WHAT TO KNOW? 

1. You must have a Rewards account with us to receive credit. To sign up, click the gift icon in the bottom left corner.

2. Earn 100 points ($1.00) per full-size glass jar (2oz, 4oz, 8oz). Jars need to retain the original metal lid. Cardboard tubes are not eligible for store credit, but we will happily accept them to recycle or compost.

3. We will only accept our own glass jars in exchange for points. Please do not ship us another company's packaging unless purchased on our website. Only our full-size glass jars are eligible for credit, but we will take anything you bought from our website to be disposed off appropriately.

4. Jars, including the lid, must be clean and undamaged to be eligible for credit. We will accept damaged jars regardless, but they will not qualify for credit. 

5. Include your full name and the email used to create your account in your return package. 

6. We will also accept our packing materials to reuse or recycle, such as corn starch peanuts, kraft paper, cardboard boxes, labels, paper tape, etc. 

 

HOW TO START ?

Step 1

Remove the label from your jars and clean and scrape off any product leftovers/residue. Receiving already-clean jars makes the sanitization process a million times easier for us, so we greatly appreciate it :) Our seed paper labels turn into wildflowers when planted. They can be easily removed by soaking them in warm water. 

Step 2

Include your full name and email address in the package. We cannot guarantee you will receive points if you don't include your email address.

Step 3

Ship your jars to us! 

Step 4

Once we receive your jars, we will add the credit to your account in the form of points. For every jar returned (2oz, 4oz, 8oz) you will receive 100 points. 100 points = $1.
